Projects take over my life! What is a project to me? Creating or building anything for any event, craft activity, decoration or renovation. The catch is that I like to make it all by hand. For a little birthday party I start decorating two to three weeks in advance and make almost all of the decorations and party food. In October 2011, for a church event, I painted an 8 by 12 foot wizard of oz mural in my living room. It took 30 hours+ of painting only during nap times and after my kid's bedtimes. I made a planter out of my old bathtub that I'm still working on to make it appealing to the eye. I have been collecting toilet paper rolls and milk cartons for some reason - i don't know yet. Anyway, as you can see I'm slightly nuts but fully creative.
Sometimes I wish I viewed cleaning the house, cooking and doing laundry as (fun) projects. I'll work on that, but until then I'll use my own two hands for other things. :0)
